If the application is successful, I will confirm the dates I am available and instruct the client to send their photo ID by return email, and pay for their session to confirm.
If the application has been rejected it will be due to one of the following red flags and contact will cease:
Application fee has not been sent.
Alternative payment methods have been asked for. I have no time for this. It's what I've already given you or not at all and goodbye.
A long winded essay has been sent, indicating someone who is either a tedious fantasist at worst, or someone who fails to follow a simple instruction of adding only bullet point specifics at best.
The check box to confirm that photo ID will be sent has not been checked. This is absolutely non-negotiable. I care more about My personal safety than I ever will about your inability to trust and respect my professionalism.
There is a tone to your application that I disapprove of. I expect a high level of manners at all times. If I receive an application that sounds entitled, demanding, disrespectful, lazy or rude, it will face immediate rejection.
I look out for buzz words that indicate your personality type to Me. I am a NLP master practitioner, cognitive hypnotherapist, lights and somatics therapist, meditation facilitator and holistic counsellor. The language you use feeds my bullshit radar and I will filter you out if I detect it.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Session payments are non refundable. However with more than 48 hours notice, a session can be rescheduled once at My discretion up to four weeks from the original date. After four weeks has passed the payment is forfeited.
You’ve asked for my phone number but I can’t always talk.
Do not worry, I will never call at a time that hasn’t been prearranged via email.
Top tips - here are some of the worst behaviours and attitudes that will drop you to the bottom of the pile:
“I need to cancel but I’ve paid in full so please use the fee to enjoy your day off”
This is incredibly insulting, you are not doing me any kind of favour. This is My work and career of ten years. My time needs to be paid like any other professional. I am very unlikely to fill your space if you cancel at short notice so you are still accountable for paying for that time. It is not time off. It is not a gift. This is a grotesque attitude to take.
“I haven’t had to show my ID before and I’m not comfortable with it”
Let me reassure you loud and clear that I could not care less about this take. If you have worked with professionals who haven’t minded being loose with their safety I do not care. If you work for the secret service I do not care. If you’re scared your wife might find out I do not care. If you’ve been scammed before I do not care. It is on you to complete your due diligence and check my verified websites. As I have stated already, my safety trumps any excuse you present for not showing me your ID.
